What's new, and what it saves you

This is not a changelog. Everything here is in because somebody running a centre hit the problem, so what we tell you is the work it takes off your desk.

Deadlines counted in working days, with your town's public holidays

A legal deadline does not run on a Saturday or over a local long weekend. The holiday calendar is set up during onboarding and every record's deadlines are counted against it, so the date on screen is the one you can defend.

The two case letters, already written

The letter to the owner and the notice to the regional authority come straight from the record, with its data in them, and are filed in the animal's case file. If they have to go out again, it is the same document, not a similar one.

A read-only account for each council

The council signs in with its own account and checks its animals and its reports whenever it likes, without asking anyone. It does not see its neighbours' data, nor they its own. Made for the council that outsources its centre and wants to know what happens with what it pays for.

Identifying the animal and putting it in the centre's name, in one step

When the centre microchips an animal that arrived unidentified, ownership becomes the centre's. These were two steps on two different screens and now they go together, with the vet and the date already filled in.

Carcass collections, with their own record and report

It is a service many centres provide and it is not an animal intake. It has its own record, its report for the period, and it stays switched off if you do not use it.

The colony report, from a phone

Whoever feeds a colony files the report from their phone: what they saw and a photograph if needed. It reaches the centre with a date and an author, instead of in a call or a message that gets lost.

And the website, in six languages

Spanish, English, Catalan, Galician, Basque and Valencian, each with its own address.

What this means on a Monday morning

That an animal's case file stands on its own: its deadline counted with the days that really count, the letters that had to go out filed with their dates, and whoever has to answer for it able to look without asking permission. That is what saves the hours of checking by hand before you submit anything.

See it from the inside

There is a demo environment with sample data. You ask for it here and the access arrives by email.
